    2. Fill in application form. Fill in your personal information and submit a valid ID and Selfie.
    3. Wait for a loan application decision. We will notify you immediately or we will contact you in case of additional questions. Keep your lines open as our agent might contact and assist you within our working hours. Application processing time can be from 10 minutes up to our next working day. You will be notified via SMS about the decision.
    4. Receive your money. You can claim your loan via Bank Account transfer (you must be the Bank Account holder).

    What is needed to get a loan from Finbro?

    To obtain a loan from Finbro you need at least one valid ID (we accept SSS, UMID or drivers license), and an active mobile phone number.

    How much is the interest rate and processing fee?

    You will be informed about the rates and fees during the loan application process before confirming the loan agreement.

    How long will it take to process my loan application?

    After you submit your loan application, we will notify you immediately on application status or we will contact you in case of additional questions. Application processing time can be from 10 minutes to 1 working day during our working hours.

    How will I know if my loan is approved?

    You will receive an SMS notification from Finbro that your loan application was approved. You can view the status of loan application in your Finbro account.

    How will I receive my loan?

    You can claim your loan via Bank Account transfer (you must be the Bank Account holder).

    Is it possible to get an additional amount on top of my existing loan?

    Yes, if you have an available loan limit, you can get an additional amount on top of the existing loan by submitting an application through your Finbro account.

    How can I repay the loan?

    You can repay the loan easy and convenient in one of our partner Payment Centers Nationwide or via online Bank Transfer.

    What if I cannot pay the entire loan amount on time?

    No worries, Finbro offers an option to make Minimum payment which will prolong your Next Payment date for 30 days.

    Can I repay the loan earlier?

    Yes, you can repay the loan anytime before the due date.
